I'm going to reveal the secret to increasing your libido, gratis and all because I want any guy to feel younger again.

Data about me: 32, Caucasian, 5'11", 175lbs.

I learned about this product from Tim Ferris's book The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman. It's a good book, I suggest you pick it up.

In it he recommends a protocol to boost your sex drive and testosterone. Here's the protocol;

- 2 capsules of this product upon waking and before bed
- 5,000IU of Vitamin D upon waking and before bed until your blood level hits 55 ng/mL.
- Short ice baths and/or cold showers: 10 minutes each, upon waking and right before bed
- Brazil nuts: 3 nuts upon waking, and 3 nuts before bed.

I don't really follow the above protocol. Although there are numerous benefits from taking a cold shower (weight loss, immunity boost, now sex-drive increase), I've done it and would rather take a hot shower, thank you very much.

I also only consume 2 capsules of this product in the morning, as it is kind of expensive. I'm curious what would happen if I boost the dosage.

I eat three organic Brazilian nuts in the morning. Research is coming out that selenium is THE antioxidant (above Vitamin C & E), but most people's levels are frighteningly low. Ingesting these nuts will lengthen your life along with supposedly boosting your libido.

Vitamin D is likely the #1 vitamin you should supplement. Unless you live at the equator, you're not going to achieve optimal levels. Taking Vitamin D increases your immunity significantly (I rarely get sick anymore), supposedly staves off all cancers, increases athletic performance (endurance and lifting), and now apparently boosts testosterone. But a CAVEAT: Vitamin D increases utilization of calcium and magnesium, and since the American diet is overly rich in calcium, an unfavorable calcium-to-magnesium ratio may result. It did for me, in that I craved chocolate constantly (sign of magnesium deficiency) and developed heart palpitations. What to do? I've been ingesting this product called "30 Minutes of Sunshine" for five years now and have had no side effects since. I am in no way associated with this company or product.

Eat about 20 almonds in the afternoon/evening if you need a snack. Something about the Vitamin E in them charges things up Down Under for a night session. I got this advice from Ferris's book also.

The last thing I recommend is weight lifting. I follow Occam's protocol in Ferris's book, but any lifting exercise will do your muscles, mood, and testes plenty of good. And I mean weight lifting: you will not feel the aforementioned boost with jogging for 30 minutes a day or doing yoga. I cannot recommend weight-lifting enough, it does wonders to a man's physical and mental well-being.

THE RESULTS: you will look at the opposite sex with a craving you haven't felt in a while. You can do it three or four times a night if need be (I hadn't done this in years, holy crap did it shock me that I could do it). In my experience seminal fluid has increased. There are purported benefits for improving sperm count and motility as well, but I don't know since I haven't been tested for that.

Even if you don't care about what I just wrote, I recently got my blood taken, and the screen came back with an HDL level of 80mg/dL, i.e., really good. The doctor mentioned I had one of the the best cholesterol ratios he's ever seen.
